Ingredients: (For 4 people)
- Half rice noodle - soak until white and soft, drain
- some prawns - clean
- some beef - sliced into thin pieces
- fish ball (opt.) - sliced
- fish cake (opt.) - sliced
- 3 - 10 bird eye chili, according to your liking - blend
- 2 onion - blend
- 2 garlics - blend
- 1 carrot - sliced
- 2 green chili - sliced
- bean sprout - clean
- Chives
- Cooking oil
- Heat the wok, pour some cooking oil and fry the blended ingredients until you can smell the aroma.
- Add the beef, fish balls and fish cake. Fry for a while.
- Add some water. Let it simmer until the beef tender.
- Throw in the prawns and sprinkle some salt.
- Add the rice noodle and stir well.
- Add the vegetables. Stir until well combine.
- Serve and garnish with scrambled egg, green chili and fried onion.
- Nice to eat with some bird chili in soy sauce.
