Fried Fish in Tamarind Soy Sauce with Goji Berries and Capsicums

When I'm clueless what to cook for lunch, I always go for this recipe. This recipe is flexible; suitable for chickens, squids and anything you have. For me, I like to use fish especially freshwater fish. Actually, this dish was made by my hubby... I just took this picture. Let me share the recipe with you...

Ingredients:
  • Fish Steak - cleaned, mix with salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and deep fried
  • Onion - ring
  • Garlics - crushed
  • Ginger - sliced
  • Thick Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Tamarind paste - diluted with some water
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Bird chili
  • Capsicum - diced
  • Goji Berries
Methods:
  1. Heat the pan, fried the garlic and ginger until light brown.
  2. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, tamarind paste and the others.
  3. Season it well.
  4. Served.
Enjoy!
