When I'm clueless what to cook for lunch, I always go for this recipe. This recipe is flexible; suitable for chickens, squids and anything you have. - Fish Steak - cleaned, mix with salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and deep fried
- Onion - ring
- Garlics - crushed
- Ginger - sliced
- Thick Soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Tamarind paste - diluted with some water
- Bird chili
- Capsicum - diced
- Goji Berries
- Heat the pan, fried the garlic and ginger until light brown.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, tamarind paste and the others.
- Season it well.
