Pocket Tofu

This recipe originally came from Mak Lang's fp. Thanks Mak Lang for the idea. Before this I've made some Prawns Tofu.. Sorry didn't post any pictures because it's same as Chicken Tofu in the past entry. With the remaining tofu, I try this recipe today for our lunch. They are full of flavors. Here is the recipe.

  • 3 tofu
  • half onion-diced
  • prawns-diced
  • half egg
  • paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • coarse ground black pepper
  • oyster sauce
  • maggie ikan bilis stock
  • salt
  • dried coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  1. Make a 'pocket' in the tofu. Take out the tofu and mix with the other ingredients.
  2. Fill the pockets with the mixed ingredients.
  3. Deep fry until golden.
  4. Served.

WOW (impressed look). Your tofu dish looks so yummy.

Here I bought a sauce pack for Sauce for Mapo Tofu so as to skip all the seasonings! and i will try this friday after work.
