This is the recipe that I want to share with you, I call it Chicken Tofu. I know there are those who don't like the tasteless of tofu, like my hubby, but this is the recipe that you can't resist it. It's simply easy and delicious, even my hubby agreed with me. So, here is the recipe that you can try.
Ingredients: (~25 balls)
500g fresh tofu - mashed
1 small diced boneless chicken legs (or 1 chicken breast)
1 onion spring - sliced
Celery leaves - sliced
1 onion - diced
1 chili- diced
1 tsp chicken Maggie stock powder
3 tbsp plain flour
Ground black pepper
Oil - for deep fry
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Season it well.
- Heat the oil.
- Wet your palm, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a small ball and drop into the hot oil. (You can just use 2 tea spoons for this step)
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Deep fry until golden in color.
- Served with chili sauce.
