This is my second trial in making this favorite evening snack. Have came across this recipe in many fotopages. Some of them used the name vadei and some others used the name masalodeh. For me, this is masalodeh, vadei is different. Vadei is doughnut shape and the texture is spongier (no dals visible). Will post the recipe for vadei sooner, insyaAllah. Click here for the recipe from
