Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 3 chicken legs (skinned, cleaned and slit)
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Tandoori Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Sprinkled Garlic powder
- Sprinkled Paprica
- Some Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp water
- Cover the chicken legs with some salt, turmeric powder and chili powder. Keep aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the other ingredients together and stir until form a thick paste. Pour the paste into the chickens and cover the chickens until well coated with the paste.
- Place the chickens in a roasting tin or pyrex. Cover the roasting tin or pyrex with cling film and leave it to marinate for couple of hours. (I leave it overnight in a fridge)
- When you want to bake it, preheated oven to 200C.
- Tear out the cling film and drizzle with some olive oil if necessary and pop into the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cook. (If you like it with some gravy, pour some water on the chickens and sprinkle some salt).
- Turn the chicken halfway through.
- Turn it to Grill mode during the last 10 minutes.
- Served with rice, chapati or naan bread.
